AUDIO GUIDE
The audio guide has been created in the framework of the Jewish Gate program with the support of the Central-Hungarian Regional Operative programme. The service is at present available in Hungarian, English and Spanish. In the near future we shall extend this to Hebrew, Polish, Czech and Slovakian. The service in the languages of the Vishegrad agreement countries has been prepared with the support of the International Vishegrad Foundation.
The 39 outstanding themes of the exhibition represent Jewish religion and culture in Hungary. These are noted in the exhibition hall by pictograms, and after the number of the pictogram has been entered, the audio material will start up.
The audio guide adapts itself to the rhythm of the visitor, and the order may be set individually.
The audio device may be obtained at the information desk on the first floor of the exhibition.

Up to now the permanent exposition of the Hungarian Jewish Museum was only served by traditional viewing aid, but from July 2010 visitors are also have the possibility to use an audio guide. |
